The album artwork, images and metadata shown by Sleeve (titles, artist names, cover images) belong to their respective rights holders: record labels, artists, publishers, Deezer S.A., and/or Apple Inc. through their public APIs.
Sleeve hosts none of these images on its own servers. It queries the public Deezer API and Apple Music API in real time and relays technical access, inside the user's own browser, to artwork that the APIs have already made public. Sleeve claims no rights over this content.
The download function is intended for strictly personal use — cataloguing a music or video library, previewing artwork, organising a media server. Any commercial or public reuse, or any redistribution of this artwork, remains subject to prior permission from the rights holders. Users are solely responsible for how they use the files they download.

To display search results, Sleeve queries Deezer's public API (api.deezer.com) and Apple's public API (itunes.apple.com) directly from the user's browser. To report each artwork's real resolution and file weight — and to save it — the image files themselves are retrieved directly from Deezer CDN (cdn-images.dzcdn.net) or, for Apple Music artwork requiring cross-origin access, through third-party relay services (images.weserv.nl, api.codetabs.com, corsproxy.io, allorigins.win). Those services may receive the user's IP address and the URL of the requested image as part of that technical request. Sleeve sends them no other data and has no control over their own logging practices. Retrieved images are held in the browser's memory for the duration of the visit only and are never uploaded anywhere.
Sleeve is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or continuity, since results depend on third-party APIs (Deezer, Apple, proxy services) outside the publisher's control. The publisher cannot be held liable for temporary downtime, errors in the results shown, or misuse of downloaded artwork by any third party.
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
